Cream together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and water.
Beat in the egg.
Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
Add walnuts; spread mixture in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Sprinkle chocolate morsels over top.
Bake at 375Β° for 1 minute.
Run knife blade through to marbleize.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes longer.
Makes 24 squares.
