Toll House Cookies(Chocolate Chip)
Toll House Cookies(Chocolate Chip) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 3/4 c. softened oleo and 3/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift flour, baking soda and salt together and set aside.
Mix together oleo, sugar and brown sugar until creamy.
Add vanilla and water, stir well.
Add beaten eggs and mix well.
Add flour mixture and mix well then add chocolate chips and pecans.
Mix well and drop by rounded 1/2 teaspoon on lightly greased or non stick cookie sheet. Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from oven and let set about 1 minute then remove and place on paper towels. Makes about 100 cookies.
