Combine flour, baking soda and salt in sifter.
Beat vegetable oil, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and beat well.
Beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels and nuts.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until brown.
