Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix/cream Crisco, brown sugar and white sugar.
Add vanilla, water and eggs. Mix thoroughly.
Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 10 minutes.
Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
