Tofu Spinach Soufflé is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. tofu, 1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1 small onion, chopped, 1 can spinach, well drained and 1 tsp. garlic powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix well and place in a shallow baking dish.
Top with Pimento "Cheese" Spread (see recipe).
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
