Tofu Pot Pie is an impressive dinner. Made with pastry for two-crust pie, 1 1/3 c. flour, 1 1/2 lb. cubed tofu, 1 c. sliced carrots and 1 c. sliced celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Toss the cubes of tofu in a mix of 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
Brown the coated cubes in oil.
When crispy, add the veggies and cook over medium heat until carrots are soft.
