Toffee Crunch Cookies
Toffee Crunch Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. oleo or butter, softened, 1 pkg. butter recipe yellow cake mix (with pudding), 2 large eggs, 1 tbsp. water and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. almond brickle chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat butter at medium speed with a mixer until creamy. Add cake mix, eggs and water, beating until blended.
Stir in brickle chips and pecans.
Drop cookie dough by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350Β° for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are browned.

Transfer to wire racks to cool. Yields 7 dozen cookies.
