Toffee Bars
Toffee Bars is an easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 1 stick oleo, 1/2 c. sugar, graham crackers and chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Cover bottom of cookie sheet with graham crackers.
Melt butter and oleo over medium heat; add sugar.
Bring to a hard boil, stirring continually.
Boil 2 minutes.
Pour over graham crackers covering completely. Sprinkle with pecans.
Bake 10 minutes.
Watch that it doesn't burn around to edges.
Remove from oven and let cool 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from pan to cooling rack.
