Tod's Bubble Blintz Ring
Tod'S Bubble Blintz Ring is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 2 pkg. (20) refrigerator biscuits, 1/2 c. sugar, 1 tsp. ground cinnamon and 3 tbsp. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Cut cream cheese into 20 pieces.
Roll each piece to about 3 inches in diameter.
Combine sugar and cinnamon. Place one cheese ball and 1 teaspoon cinnamon/sugar mix onto biscuit.
Pinch dough to seal.
Pour 1/2 melted butter into bottom of 5-cup ring mold.
Sprinkle 1/2 nuts and 1/2 remaining cinnamon/sugar mix into the mold.
Place ten of the rolls atop mixture, seam side up; pour 1/4 butter/nuts/cinnamon/sugar on this layer; repeat layering and finish pouring remaining mixes on top. Bake for 20 minutes until browned.
Cool 5 minutes; invert onto serving plate.
