Toby'S Favorite Dog Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. dry milk powder, 1/2 c. cold water, 1/2 c. melted margarine (6 tbsp.) and 1 egg, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Melt margarine.
Mix all dry ingredients, then add liquids. Mix and knead 3 minutes.
Form into a ball and roll into 1/3 to 1/2-inch thick.
