Brown hamburger with sausage seasoning and celery in a large skillet, stirring until meat crumbles.
Drain and pat dry.
Add next 4 ingredients to hamburger.
Put a layer of Velveeta on top of hamburger mixture then place top on skillet to allow cheese to melt or spoon hamburger mixture into a 2-quart casserole, then layer Velveeta on top and microwave for five minutes on Medium.
