Toasty Cheese Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf french bread (12 inches long), 1/3 c. butter and 1 (5 oz.) jar sharp spreading cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cut loaf in half lengthwise horizontally.
Cut each half in 2-inch diagonal slices, cutting to, but not through, bottom crust. Place on baking sheet.
Blend butter and cheese.
Spread between slices and over top.
Bake in hot oven (400Β°) until cheese is melted and bread is crusty, about 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
