Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. pumpkin seeds, 1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Wipe off pumpkin seeds.
Do not wash.
In a bowl, combine 2 cups seeds, melted butter and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt.
You may also add Worcestershire sauce.
Put seeds in mixture until all coated. Spread on cookie sheets and bake at 250Β° for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally or until seeds are golden brown.
