Tired Wife's Supper
Tired Wife'S Supper is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. macaroni, 1 chopped onion, 2 stalks celery, chopped, 1 medium size pimento and 1 lb. hamburger meat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Cook macaroni; set aside.
Cook onion, celery and pimento in a little butter until tender.
Add meat, cook until brown; drain. Put macaroni in a casserole dish with tomatoes, add salt and pepper.
Add meat mixture and mix.
Cook at 350Β° until thick.
Put cheese on top and let it melt.
Serve with Italian bread.
