Tina's Cheese Ball
Tina'S Cheese Ball is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese, 1/4 c. minced onion, 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce and finely snipped parsley, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place cheeses in small mixing bowl; let stand until softened. Add onion and Worcestershire sauce; blend on low speed.
Beat on medium speed until fluffy, scraping sides and bottom of bowl. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Shape mixture into 1 large ball or into 30 to 36 (1-inch) balls.
Roll in parsley and place on serving plate.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Arrange crackers around large ball and serve as a spread.
To serve small balls, insert a toothpick in each and serve with crackers.
