Three Day Crock Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with large size cucumbers, 3 qt. water, 3/4 c. pickling salt, 1 1/2 pt. vinegar and dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Although any size cucumber may be used, it's a good way to use the large ones.
Wash and make about 3 slits down the sides of each cucumber.
Place in a large container, such as a crock or wide mouth gallon jars (no metal containers).
Add some dill pieces, fresh garlic (sliced), and chilie pitins (as many as you like).
