Three Chocolate Fudge
Three Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 1 c. packed dark brown sugar, 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk and 8 to 10 oz. miniature marshmallows, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
In large saucepan, combine first 4 ingredients.
Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
Bring to a rapid boil.
Boil for 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat.
Stir in marshmallows until melted.
Add chocolate bars and baking chocolate; stir until melted.
Fold in vanilla and pecans. Mix well.
Pour into greased 5x10x1 pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares.
Yields 5 1/2 pounds of very good fudge!
