Three-Cheese Macaroni
Three-Cheese Macaroni is an moderately easy pasta dish you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. dry macaroni, cooked and drained, (11 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup, c. milk, . dry mustard and . seasoned salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350°.
In 1 1/2-quart casserole dish (lightly greased), combine hot macaroni, soup, milk, seasonings, 1/4 cup each of the cheeses and 1/2 can French fried onions.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until heated through.
Top with remaining Parmesan cheese, French fried onions, Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
Bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
