Heat oven to 450Β°.

Mix all ingredients, except butter and Parmesan cheese, until stiff dough forms.

Turn dough onto surface, well dusted with baking mix; gently roll in mix to coat. Shape into ball; knead 10 times.

Roll out 1/2-inch thick.

Cut with 2-inch biscuit cutter, dipped in baking mix.

Place on greased cookie sheet.

Brush tops with butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 dozen biscuits.
