Three C Bread
Three C Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. cooking oil, 1/2 c. milk, 2 1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Combine beaten eggs, oil and milk.
In large bowl, sift the dry ingredients together (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon).
Add the egg mixture; mix just until thoroughly combined.
Stir in carrots, coconut, cherries, raisins and pecans.
Have four 16-ounce fruit or vegetable cans washed, well-greased and floured.
Pour mixture into these cans and bake in a 350Β° oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
Remove from cans; cool thoroughly.
Wrap and refrigerate overnight or until ready to use. Slice.
