Thin Spaghetti Casserole
Thin Spaghetti Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. thin spaghetti, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook thin spaghetti in 3-quarts salted boiling water 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and rinse.
Brown beef and cook onion and pepper in butter until vegetables are tender.
Stir to separate meat particles.
Add soups, water and garlic; heat.
Blend with 1/2 cup cheese and cooked thin spaghetti in a 3-quart casserole.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until bubbling and hot.
Serves 4 to 6.
