Theo's Watergate Salad
Theo'S Watergate Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain, 1 box instant pistachio pudding mix, 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1 (9 oz.) whipped topping mix and 1 c. (or less) walnuts or pecans, chopped (optional), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Mix undrained pineapple with pudding mix by pouring into pineapple.
Stir and add rest of ingredients by hand.
Chill before serving.
