The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. butter flavor crisco, 1 1/4 c. light brown sugar, 2 tbsp. milk, 1 tbsp. vanilla and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Combine in large bowl all ingredients but chocolate chips.
Beat into creamed mixture.
Add chocolate chips and mix just until mixed.
Drop tablespoons about 3 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes for chewy cookies or 11 to 13 minutes for crisp cookies.
Cool and then remove.
