The Lady's Cheese Mac
The Lady'S Cheese Mac is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 c. elbow macaroni, drained (approximately 2 c. uncooked), 2 c. grated cheddar cheese, 3 eggs, beaten (see note), 1/2 c. sour cream and 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter, cut into pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
After macaroni has been boiled and drained, add cheddar cheese while macaroni is still hot.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 to 45 minutes.
