The Dream Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/2 stick (4 tbsp.) unsalted butter, 1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped (1 c.), 1/4 c. sliced green onion, 2 cloves garlic, minced and 2 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
When it foams, add the onion, bell pepper, green onion and garlic.
Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Uncover and cook, stirring often, for another 4 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are lightly browned. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Position a rack in the middle of oven and preheat to 350Β°.
