The Brigittine Monk's Fudge
The Brigittine Monk'S Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. sugar, 13 oz. evaporated milk, 9 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 9 oz. bittersweet chocolate chips and 7 oz. marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Bring sugar and milk to a boil and cook exactly 6 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients. Beat until firm.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered baking pan. Cool to room temperature, then store overnight in the refrigerator.
Makes 5 very fattening pounds.
