Made with 1/4 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/2 inch slices and quartered, 1/4 c. chopped green pepper, 3 velveeta slices pasteurized process cheese spread, cut in half diagonally, 1/3 c. oil and 4 c. frozen southern style hash brown potatoes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook sausage in large skillet over medium heat until lightly browned.
Remove from skillet with slotted spoon.
Add oil; heat over medium-high heat.
Add potatoes and peppers.
