That Stuff Gina Made(Brunch Casserole) is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans of crescent rolls, 1 lb. sausage (hot or milk), 1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese and 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook sausage until completely done.
Drain and remove sausage to a medium size bowl.
In the same pan as you cooked the sausage put in the cream cheese and cook until melted.
Pour over sausage and mix well.
In a 8 x 11 baking dish roll out one can of crescent rolls and pinch together the perforations so that the dish is covered.
Pour in sausage mixture and sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
Roll out the second can of crescent rolls on top of the mixture.
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β° or until the crescents are golden brown.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
