Thai Fruited Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, cold, cooked rice (6 c. or so), 1/2 red bell pepper, finely diced, 2 or 3 green onions, slivered and 2 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
