Texas Tarts
Texas Tarts is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (7 oz.) can green chilies, chopped, 1 (13 oz.) can milk, 2 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper and 1/2 lb. jack cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Grate the 2 cheeses and mix, divide in half, beat eggs, add milk, flour, salt and pepper.
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan.
Spread 1/2 of cheese in pan.
Spread green chilies over the cheese.
Add remaining cheese.
Pour in the eggs, milk, flour mixture over all. Bake for about 1 hour at 325Β°.
Cut in squares to serve.
Great as a snack or for breakfast.
