Texas Shrimp Boil
Texas Shrimp Boil is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. texas shrimp (at least 26 to 30), 1 1/2 oz. prepared shrimp boil, 1 small sliced onion, 1 sliced lemon and 1 clove sliced garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place 1 1/2 quarts water in large boiler pot.
Add remaining ingredients except shrimp.
Cover and bring to a boil.
Add shrimp and return to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until shrimp are tender.
Drain.
Serve with Rockport Red Sauce.
Makes 2 to 3 servings.
