Bring to boil butter, cocoa and water.
Pour in large bowl; while hot, add flour, sugar and salt.
Mix well.
Beat in eggs, sour cream and baking soda.
Pour in large cookie sheet that has been greased and floured.
Spread evenly.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes (no longer).
