Boil the water, margarine and cocoa for 2 minutes.
Remove form heat. Add the flour, sugar, salt and soda.
Mix well and add the eggs and sour cream. Beat well.
Pour into greased and floured cookie sheet (18 x 12 x 1-inch).
Bake 20 minutes at 350Β°.
