Mix in saucepan oleo, cocoa, hot water and shortening.
Stir until rolling boil.
Pour over first three dry ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake on greased 11 x 16-inch pan at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Ice immediately from oven.
