Texas Sheet Cake
Texas Sheet Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 2 sticks margarine, 4 tbsp. cocoa and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour and sugar in large bowl.
Cook in saucepan until comes margarine, cocoa and water.
Remove immediately and flour mixture.
Mix well.
Add to mixture buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon and soda.
Grease and flour a cookie sheet.
(I use jelly roll pan, 17 x 11 x 3/4-inches.) Pour batter pan. Bake
350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. While cake is baking combine in saucepan 4 tablespoons cocoa, 1 stick margarine and milk.
Bring to boil and immediately add powdered sugar and vanilla.
As cake is taken from oven, spread frosting on and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
