Texas Pecan Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1/2 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 3/4 c. molasses and juice of 1 lemon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.
Eggs, molasses and lemon juice. Beat with rotary egg beater and add pecans.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell garnish with pecan halves.
Bake in hot oven, 450°, minutes; then reduce temperature to 350° and continue baking 30 minutes.
