Texas Millionaires
Texas Millionaires is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 c. dark karo, 2 c. canned evaporated milk, 1 lb. pecans and 1/4 lb. paraffin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugars, syrup, margarine, vanilla and 1 cup milk in large saucepan.
Stir well and bring to boil, stirring constantly; add remaining cup of milk slowly without stopping the boiling. Cook to soft ball stage; add pecans and pour into a large buttered pan.
Refrigerate overnight.
Cut into squares.
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin over hot water.
Dip squares into chocolate and place to cool on waxed paper.
