Texas Jalapeño Pepper Jelly
Texas Jalapeño Pepper Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. red bell peppers (large), 1/4 c. jalapeño peppers (4 small), 1 1/2 c. cider vinegar, 1 pkg. pectin and 6 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Put the peppers in a food processor on chop; chop finely.
In a large kettle, put the peppers with cider vinegar and pectin.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Bring to a boil.
Add 6 cups white sugar. Bring to a rolling boil and boil for 2 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes.
Put in sterilized pint jars and seal with sterilized lids and rings.
