Texas Jalapeño Grits
Texas Jalapeño Grits is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. quick grits, 16 oz. sour cream, 16 oz. cheddar cheese, 16 oz. monterey jack cheese and 1/2 c. jalapeños, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Cook grits as labeled on box.
Add half the grits in a deep casserole dish sprayed with Pam.
Mix sour cream and jalapeños together.
Add half of that on top of grits, then add half of each cheese. Repeat the same way again.
Finish on top with the cheeses. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
