Texas Hash
Texas Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large onions, sliced, 1 large green pepper, minced, 3 tbsp. oil, 1 lb. ground beef and 1 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook onion and green peppers in oil until tender.
Add ground beef and fry until mixture falls apart.
Stir in other ingredients.
Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Remove cover the last 15 minutes of cooking. Serves 8 to 10.
