Texas Fudge

Made with 1 lb. monterey jack cheese, grated, 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated, 6 eggs, lightly beaten, 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk and 3 (4 oz.) cans chopped chilies, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In large bowl, combine cheeses with eggs and evaporated milk.
Line 9 x 13-inch pan with chilies and cover with cheese mixture.
