Texas Flank Steak
Texas Flank Steak is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 to 2 lb. flank steak, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 1/4 c. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/2 (1.25 oz.) envelope onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Place flank steak in a shallow dish.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.
Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours, turning steak often.
Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill steak over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally, with reserved marinade.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
