Texas Cream Gravy
Texas Cream Gravy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. bacon drippings, 1 c. flour, 1/2 lb. cooked pork sausage, 1 qt. milk and salt and pepper, to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Heat bacon drippings with flour in sauce.
Stir constantly, cook but do not brown until smooth.
Add sausage that has been crumbled up and then pour in milk.
Mix and simmer until slightly thick.
Add salt and pepper.
