Texas Cobbler
Texas Cobbler is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks margarine, 1 can cherry pie filling, 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 box yellow cake mix and 1 c. chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Melt 1 stick margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Add pie filling, crushed pineapple, cake mix (spread over top), chopped pecans and coconut (in order).
Melt another stick of margarine and dribble it over the top with a spoon.
Cook one hour at 325Β° or until it browns and the juice bubbles up around the edge.
