Texas Chili
Texas Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. dried pinto beans, 1 lb. hamburger, 2 tbsp. chili powder, 1 large onion, chopped and 4 stalks celery, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Soak beans in water all afternoon.
Put in slow cooker on low and simmer all night with water covering beans.
In the morning, brown in skillet the meat and chili powder.
Add directly to beans without browning.
First, add onion, pepper and celery.
Then add chili meat and stir.
Two hours before serving meal, add 1 can tomato soup and stir until blended.
