Tex-Mex Enchiladas
Tex-Mex Enchiladas is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. carroll shelby's original tx brand chili mix, 2 lbs. ground beef, 2-1/3 c. water, 8 oz. can tomato sauce and 12 6 inch flour tortillas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Prepare chili as directed; place two Tbsp. chili mixture on each tortilla; roll tightly.
Place seam down in 12x8 inch dish. Top with remaining chili.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Top with cheese and continue baking uncovered until cheese is melted.
