Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole
Tex-Mex Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 fryer, boiled, deboned and chopped, 1 large bag taco doritos, crumbled, 1 1/2 c. chicken broth, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix chicken broth, soups, chili powder, Ro-Tel, onions and bell pepper.
Place half of the chicken in casserole dish.
Pour half of the soup mixture on top.
Crumble half of the Doritos on top. Layer again in this order.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 375Β° for 30 minutes.
Serve topped with sour cream and black olives. Makes 1 large or 2 small casseroles.
