Tex-Mex Casserole
Tex-Mex Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 lb. lean ground beef, 1 clove garlic, minced or crushed, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 tbsp. chili powder and 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Stir-fry ground in oil until it loses red color. Add garlic, pepper, onion, pepper chili powder. Cook 5 minutes or until onion is wilted.
Add all but olives and cheese and turn into a 2 quart or larger casserole. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Sprinkle with cheese and olives and bake more minutes or until cheese is melted. Serves 8.
