Terry's Terrific Taco Dip
Terry'S Terrific Taco Dip is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 large jar chunky salsa, 1 green pepper, chopped, 1 red pepper, chopped and green onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix cream cheese with 1/2 jar of salsa.
If you enjoy really spicy foods, add cayenne pepper, chili powder and cumin to taste. Spread mixture evenly in bottom of quiche dish.
Spread remaining salsa over cheese mixture.
Sprinkle on top; chopped red and green pepper, chopped green onion, chopped tomato and sliced black olives.
Serve as a dip with nacho chips.
