Terry's Favorite Casserole
Terry'S Favorite Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 lb. ground beef or turkey, 1 can stewed tomatoes, chopped in blender, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup and 1 small can tomato paste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 375Β°.
Brown meat with onions; drain.
Cook macaroni according to package directions.
Drain macaroni and return to pot.
Add meat.
Stir in tomatoes, soup, tomato paste and sour cream.

Top with shredded cheese.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until hot through and bubbly.
